Food is booked early for Eight People, for afterwards Milf will be taking us through CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) & AED (Automated External Defibrillator) awareness.

It is well worth attending - even if you have done this before (As some have), think of it as a refresher course as 'Best Practices' do change.
